You want to get a job with a training company, and you have an interview coming up. The company has asked you to prepare a PowerPoint presentation that instructs someone on how to do something, using any subject matter you like.

a. Start PowerPoint, then create a new presentation based on a template; at the New screen select a template from the Education category. Save the presentation as M-Training.pptx in the location where you store you Data Files.

b. Add content to the presentation, creating a presentation of at least four slides. Put your name in the Title slide subtitle. In your slides, supply instructions on how to complete a task or a process. If you have to replace existing text, select the text, press [Delete], then type new text. To create new slides, try copying and pasting existing slides in the Thumbnail pane, then entering new text in the duplicate slide.

c. View the slide in Slide Sorter view, then drag at least one slide to change its position in the presentation.

d. Insert clip art on at least one slide. Move and resize it as necessary. Experiment with the Corrections, Color, and Artistic Effects (if available) until the image looks the way you want it to.

e. View the presentation in Slide Show view, make any necessary corrections, save and close the presentation, then exit PowerPoint. Submit your completed presentation to your instructor.
